RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return any item please contact our Customer service team at bellsbeautyboxx@gmail.com to discuss the "next steps"

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return your items under our 14 day returns policy. you are entitled to a full purchase price refund on the condition that the item returned is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Order delivery charges are only refundable if the item is faulty or the order was despatched incorrectly. If your purchase falls outside of these conditions this policy is none void.

 

The customer is responsible for all return fees incurred when posting items back., Bells Beauty Box will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service. We recommend that all returned parcels are sent recorded delivery. 

 

WARNING Any products returned that have broken seals, cannot be resold or used inline with the European Union Hygiene Trading Conditions and full liability lies with the purchaser, the customer will be liable for all loss and not eligible for refunds on goods with broken seals. or used items.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed. Once we have processed the return we will inform you by email. This can take 3-5 days to appear in your bank.

Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. In other cases, we will refund the postage costs.
